Anthony Kelley is a 21-year military veteran with deep experience in large-scale logistics, supply chain management, and workforce leadership. As a former S4 NCOIC he managed over $1.5 billion in equipment and supplies, led 70+ personnel, and executed procurement cycles under high-stakes operational conditions.
He founded Imperio Talent Solutions as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business to bring that same discipline, accountability, and precision to government talent acquisition and product fulfillment.
